Who we are
Welcome to the Massachusetts Bank Internal Auditors! We’re a group of around 100 internal auditors working at financial institutions in Massaschusetts. Our purpose is as follows:
- To further the development of the internal audit profession through the exchange of ideas and technical knowledge relative to auditing concepts and techniques.
- To enhance the performance of members through the sharing of information on bank auditing, security, compliance, risk management, financial reporting, tax, corporate governance, and other related matters provided that such sharing is consistent with the letter and spirit of the laws and regulations pertaining to the restraint of trade.
- To increase the professional and technical expertise of the membership by conducting programs and activities involving industry professionals.
